Cooking Matters for Adults is a six-week course that empowers families with the skills needed to stretch their food budgets and cook healthy meals, so their family gets nutritious food at home.  Each week, participants will be engaged with cooking and practicing skills in the kitchen.  Participants will learn knife skills, money saving grocery shopping skills, how to read recipes and food labels, and more.  They will also leave each class with ingredients to prepare each recipe at home.
