Greenwood Issues Curfew Amidst Coronavirus

The city of Greenwood has issued a curfew for residents from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

This in an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Residents should remain in their homes unless working their essential jobs.

Mayor Carolyn McAdams says this will be in effect with the governor's shelter in place order until April 20th.

Law enforcement will enforce the curfew and violators will face monetary fines and possibly other penalties.
