A crash in Greenville injures two and damages a city light control box.

Yesterday, around 4:00 p.m., Greenville fire crews and emergency personnel were called to Highway One in reference to a one car accident.

Officials believe the red GMC truck was heading south on Highway One when it lost control and struck the light control box.

The vehicle was occupied by two people.

Fire authorities and EMS were able to pull the driver out, however the passenger had to be cut from the vehicle.

Both victims were transported to the hospital by ems.

The driver was last in stable condition, the passenger was listed as serious.
