**The National Weather Service has placed our viewing area under a Winter Storm Warning until 12 noon Monday. Significant amounts of snow or sleet are expected or occurring. Travel conditions will hazardous. Total accumulations 2 to 4 inches of snow.**
Our deepening weather system is moving eastward bringing precipitation to the region this evening and into the overnight. Accompanied by deep cold air across the south, there will be a mix of rain/snow in much of the forecast area with some areas seeing more of a wintry mix including sleet overnight. Rain will spread into the Delta this evening moving east before midnight.
Remain aware of the changes to the forecast and use caution if traveling Sunday night through the morning commute on Monday.
