Impacts from Hurricane Sally will be felt along the Gulf Coast over the next couple of days. Historic rainfall and life-threatening storm surge are expected from the Mississippi coast to the Florida panhandle. As for the Delta, we will have a couple of showers with potential wind gusts reaching as high 25 mph. Rain chances will stick around through Thursday. Thursday night a cold front is expected to pass through the Delta bringing fall like temperatures just in time for your weekend!
